OLYMPIA FIELDS, Illinois – Fresh out of their 8e-final place at the Maridoe Collegiate Invitational, Baylor’s men’s golf team will be back in action Friday at the Fighting Illini Invitational at Olympia Fields Country Club.

“The Fighting Illini course is one of the toughest in all of college golf every year,” he said. “Everything about this event inspires me.

The Bears tied for the tag team title on their last trip to Olympia Fields in 2019 with a score of 6 of 846, a performance highlighted by Cooper Dossey individual medalist distinctions. After missing the event in 2020, McGraw is excited to return to a course that has a rich history of hosting high-profile events.
