Emmitsburg, Maryland (October 27, 2022) – Mount’s men’s golf team last competed in the Bucknell Invitational three weeks ago. The team played well and placed well, finishing in fourth place. Second year Devin Smith led the charge for the Mountaineers, tied for sixth with a final score of 214 (+4). Junior Hank Schaefer was not far behind as he tied for tenth with a score of 216 (+6), while Junior Ben Smith tied for 36e shooting 221 (+11). Second year Aaron Sorkin tied for 38e killing 222 (+12), while a graduate student Michael Robinson finished 99e shot 254 (+44). Our individual golfers, juniors Juan Fradera tied 64e shooting 227 (+17), while senior Michael Gallo tied for 87e shooting 237 (+27).

The team of climbers participating in the Ka’Anapali Classic will be made up of Hank Schaefer, Matthew Kinsey, Ben Smith, Devin Smithand Aaron Sorkin. Michael Robinson will compete individually.
